Alan Franklin BSc (Hons) B.Arch RIBA CSD

Bio: Alan is the lead designer co-ordinating the design and construction process. He is a registered Architect and has worked throughout Europe, as well as Hong Kong and New York.

Alejandro von Waberer

Bio: Alex studied and graduated in Architecture in 1996 (University of ITESM. Mexico) and has practiced in Spain since 2000. He has completed numerous projects on Mallorca, as well as collaborations overseas.

Ana Bonet

Bio: Ana manages the technical and cost control aspects of the projects as well as the health and safety. She is qualified as a Technical Architect in addition to providing project management services

Tatjana J. Radovich

Tatjana is responsible for the landscape design for Signature Estates projects. With qualifications from her home University of Belgrade, Serbia and also the University of Mallorca, she provides a comprehensive service.
