Professional Team:

Alan Franklin BSc (Hons) B.Arch RIBA CSD

Bio: Alan is the lead designer co-ordinating the design and construction process. He is a registered Architect and has worked throughout Europe, as well as Hong Kong and New York.

Alejandro von Waberer

Bio: Alex studied and graduated in Architecture in 1996 (University of ITESM. Mexico) and has practiced in Spain since 2000. He has completed numerous projects on Mallorca, as well as collaborations overseas.

Alejandro Palamino

Bio: Having qualified as an Architect in Madrid, Alejandro moved to Mallorca. He has worked with Signature Estates since the company was established and he has architectural and interior design experience.

Ana Bonet

Bio: Ana manages the technical and cost control aspects of the projects as well as the health and safety. She is qualified as a Technical Architect in addition to providing project management services

Asia Romanowska

Bio: Asia is a qualified Civil Engineer who speaks three languages and works closely with Ana on the technical aspects of projects. She qualified in Poznan, Poland before moving to Mallorca.

Tatjana J. Radovich

Tatjana is responsible for the landscape design for Signature Estates projects. With qualifications from her home University of Belgrade, Serbia and also the University of Mallorca, she provides a comprehensive service.

Stuart Pearce

Stuart moved from the UK to Mallorca in 1969 and has worked as a professional photographer since 1986. His experience in photography covers many genres, and has taken him on assignments throughout the world.
